Hey, it's Tony aka Thor. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry in one form or another for 25 years. I started working out at the age of 19... 25 years ago. I thought if I got bigger muscles, it’d make up for my lack of looks and personality. It didn't, but I fell in love with training and have been doing it ever since.

Over the years, I’ve been a fitness instructor, a personal trainer, and I ran a successful fitness bootcamp in the Lake District, helping hundreds of people achieve their goals.

This is a true passion project for me. I have tried so many pre-workouts over the decades that I actually refer to myself as a pre-workout connoisseur... it just sounds classier than addict. I wanted to create something that I would personally buy and use every single day. In fact, I wouldn't sell this if I didn't use it myself.

I’m just a guy who loves working out, loves retro action movies, and loves comedies. I don’t take myself too seriously, but I am deadly serious when it comes to a product I have put my name to.
